| How to buy LFHHS CD's

Printout the CD order form.

Choose the CD's you want. and write them on the form.

Work out the postage and packing cost, add to your order form

Decide how you want to pay , (cheque or credit card). Please note that only Visa or Mastercard credit cards, or payments in UK pounds sterling are accepted as payment.

If paying by credit card, please printout the credit card payment form, complete the details, and send this with your fiche order form.

Cheques should be in UK Pounds Sterling, and made payable to L.F.H. & H.S.
